Our Vision and Mission

“Called, equipped and sent”

IGF’s mission is to equip believers for maturity empowering them to fulfil their calling and destiny in Christ.   It is our goal to present every man perfect (mature) in Christ (Col. 1:28)

It is our mission at IGF to help every member of this local church to be fully prepared for the work of ministry that God has called them. 

It is our mission to build a vibrant, spirit filled, strong and healthy church that provides a healing centre for restoration and revival that worships God in Spirit and in truth.

It is also our goal to reach our community, state and nation using those who have been equipped.   At the same this church is called to world missions and it is also our goal to faithfully go or support world missions as God leads.

Our Beliefs

• We believe the holy bible is the inspired word of God, a revelation from God to man, the only infallible and authoritative word of God and that it has supreme authority in all matters of faith and conduct.
  

• We believe that there is one God manifested in three distinct personalities, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
  
  
• We believe in the deity of Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and His present priestly ministry, his personal return in power and glory as Lord of Lords and King of Kings.
  
  
• We believe in the baptism in the Holy Spirit as on the day of Pentecost and in the continuing ministry of the Holy Spirit as evidenced in the spiritual gifts and ministries, and His fruit in the life of the believer.
  

• We believe in water baptism of the believer, in the name of the Father, Son and the Holy Ghost as commanded by Jesus Christ. We further believe that through water baptism, we are identifying ourselves with Jesus Christ in His death, burial and resurrection.
